When this is published I am already in the land of OZ, which Australia is sometimes affectionately called. I have left behind a snowy winter and a bunch of work for my prorector Björn. Still, to be able to step into the Aussie summer and my Aussie identity for a few weeks is a real bonus.
I am writing this blog in English because UB is part of the global eductional scene. Furthermore, it is important to me that I can communicate with the students and staff here at UB who do not yet have full command of Swedish. For all you Swedes - consider this a way to practice your English!
